After dark Irish Fun at Logans

What do you get if you take good beer, good music and good friends, and
mix them all together? Logan’s Irish Pub at Cupey.

Outside of the tourists’ and traditional nightlife areas, Logan’s attracts lots of
people who go after the hot bands and the happy hours seven days a week.
Although it’s also a restaurant, has wireless Internet access and opens at 11 a.
m., Logan’s is mostly known for the after dark ambience that can extends until
3 in the morning.

Young (in age or spirit) professionals choose the place for an after work
relaxing drink. The Long Island is very trendy these days so you can have 2
for $7 all day, everyday; but you might also want to ask for the Don Q happy
hour every day, or the Black Label special on Wednesdays, and Thursdays
are Bacardi flavors’ day. For those who prefer a beer, Logan’s carry many of
the imported ones, and the local favorite: Medalla light.

House bands perform almost every night the popular rock songs and even
some of their own creations. And they have a special appearance early on
Fridays, beginning at 5 p.m., with Barbara Brum performing Brazilian music.
Later that same night, you could stay to dance at the rhythm of “batucada” (a
tropical style played solely with drums) and return for a second dose of it the
next night.

The place has three levels; the main one is the largest and has two bars (the
small one it’s call “Speedy Bar”). There is another one at the upper level,
which has many pool tables and seats; and yet another bar at the lower level.

Even with all that space, it can get very crowded on weekends so there might
be a long line to enter around 11 p.m., before that it should be easier. The
age is 18+ and you should show and ID.
