Rabelo and now boasts three locations, one in Hato Rey that opened in 1976;
another Isla Verde that opened in 1980 at and their newest addition in 2003 in
Fajardo.

The menu offers a combination of “criollo” plates, sprinkled with a variety of
Cuban and Spanish plates, not to mentiona their huge wine selection . Opened
from 11:30 a.m. until 11 p.m., Metropol has a cocktail lounge and two dinning
rooms as well as a salon available for private activities.

The house specialties are stuffed cornish hen and the “fiesta cubana”, a
combination of typical Cuban dishes: congri, tamate, pork, cassava, pot roast
and shredded beef. Also popular is the smoked pork with boiled potatoes and
